Live Golf Pro Lite — Subscription Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your subscription for the Live Golf Pro Lite service, provided by Live Golf Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Service Description

Live Golf Pro Lite provides live scoring tools and event management features for golf clubs and societies. By subscribing, you gain access to the online platform and associated services as described on our website.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Monthly Subscription: £40 per month, collected automatically every month via Direct Debit.
• Annual Subscription: £399 per year, collected automatically every 12 months via Direct Debit.

Payments are processed securely through GoCardless Ltd using the UK Direct Debit scheme. Your subscription will continue automatically until cancelled.

3. Direct Debit Guarantee

Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which ensures you receive a full and immediate refund from your bank in the event of an error in the payment of your Direct Debit.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Contacting us at info@livegolfpro.co.uk with at least 7 days Notice for monthly Subscriptions or 30 days Notice for annual Subscriptions or, or by
• Cancelling your Direct Debit directly with your bank.

Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

If a payment has been taken in error, please contact us immediately at info@livegolfpro.co.uk. Refunds for partial months or unused time are not issued.

6. Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees in the future. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription before any new pricing takes effect.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your bank details and contact information remain accurate.
• Do not share your login credentials or use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes.

8. Our Responsibilities

• Provide access to the Live Golf Pro Lite service during your active subscription period.
• Protect your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
• Notify you of any changes to these terms or our service that affect your subscription.

9. Termination

We may terminate your subscription with immediate effect if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
